Noise-free: We hold space together, honoring stillness and silence, making room to listen to our own hearts and to God.

Shame-free: We do not judge, direct, or bring any assumptions about the outcome of our individual journeys. We see and honor the image of God in everyone.

Formula-free: We believe the restoration and healing of our souls happens by grace over our lifetime. Each of us has a unique journey in God.

Christ-centered: We believe Jesus is the complete expression of God’s love, grace, truth and character. We remain unified in him as we leave breathing room for differences of opinion and interpretation.  


Our Promise:

To our LGBTQIA+ siblings, we offer this promise. The same promise we make to every client. 

All that you are is welcome here. We recognize the image of God in you. We have no agenda for your journey. You and God together know what is true and best for your life.

Maybe you haven’t always known this welcome in your family, with your friends or even at your church. You are not alone. We are all on a journey of becoming who we already are. We are already fully known and loved. But the pain, shame, and disappointments of life have left us disconnected from God, ourselves, and others. Through listening, prayer and spiritual practices we will journey together into the expanse of God’s love and healing grace. 

We have both welcoming and affirming board and team members, all on a journey toward love. You can request an affirming team for your session on our intake form.
